Human rights and childrens rights and responsibilities [Educated to behave in a civilized way] Introduction Human rights are international norms that help to protect all people everywhere from severe political, legal and social abuses. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Self determination should guarantee religious freedom, basic education, private ownership of property, and security of life and property, honor, respect, dignity and individual privacy, I respective of gender, color, race or creed. It should also guarantee the sovereignty and political freedom of nation-states which uphold the fundamental universal principle of justice, equality and truth in their governance and treatment of their citizenry. They are enclosed with reason and should act to worlds one another a spirit of brotherhood. The concept of human rights is based on a universal system of values shared by all Peoples, which framework for the construction of a human rights system with internationally recognized norms and standards. Human rights norms regulate the relationship between the state and the people living under its responsibility. Human rights are almost a from of religion in todays world , Human rights are product of philosophy. According to the law 1

Everyone has the right to a nationality. Women are entitled to the equal enjoyment and protection of all human rights in the political ,economic ,social , cultural , civil ,and all other fields Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal right as marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution. Children rights Age 18 is the dividing line between childhood and adulthood. Childrens are economic of nation. Every student has the right to an education free to the age of 5 to 16 the act of 25 of Pakistan. Children have the right to protection from work that threatens their health, education or development. Children have the right to express themselves. Children have the right to protection from trafficking and abduction. Children have the right to know and live their own culture. Children have the right to play. Children have the right to protection from sexual abuse. Children have the right to express their opinions. Children have the right to freedom of thought. Children have the right to a healthy environment. Children in conflict with the law have the right to be treated with dignity. Children have the right to a name and nationality. Children have the right to freedom of thoughts. Children have the right to a loving and caring family. Childrens rights in Islam Our holy prophet says be kind to your childrens and excel in this kindness. Train your children in three things; the love of your prophet, to love Ahlu bayt, and the recitation of noble Quran. A virtuous child is a fragrant flower from the flowers of heaven. The Cyrus cylinder [539 B.C] In 539 B.C the armies of Cyrus the great, the first king of ancient Persia, conquered the city of Babylon. But it was his next action that marked a major advance for man. He freed the slaves, declared that all people had the right to choose their own religion, and established racial equality. These and other decrees were recorded on a baked-clay cylinder in the Akkadin language with cuneiform script. Known todays as the cyrus cylinder, this ancient record has now been recognized as the worlds first charter of human rights. THE UNITED NATIONS [1945] World war11 had raged from 1939 to 1945, and drew near, cities throughout Europe and Asia lay in smoldering ruins. Millions of people were dead; millions more were homeless or starving. In April 1945, delegates from fifty countries meet in san franciseo full of optimism and hope;The goal of the United Nations conference on international organization was to fashion an international body to promote peace and prevent future war. The ideals of organization were stated in preamble to its proposed; we the peoples of United Nations are determined to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind. Some major issues of human rights and childrens right Education is major problems of our country, over 6.5 millions of children are not enrolled in primary education and other 2.7 are not enrolled at lower secondary level. Girls education problems are also major and its against the human rights, because the society and Islam gives equality rights, men and women. Drone strike in Pakistan from US its also against human rights and against the state, Many peoples were killed in drone strike in North Waziristan between January 2012 to August 2013 Child labor also against human rights. Harassment of womens on the working place its also against human rights Solution Education free for everyone to age of 5 to sixteen in the act of 25. Pakistan made women protection bill into law signed the Protection against Harassment of Women at Workplace Bill 2009 which the parliament adopted on January 21.
