This video introduces ASIX's Latest Industrial Ethernet Controllers and TSN NIC Solutions.
Response to the rapidly growing industrial Ethernet market demand, ASIX offers cost-efficient AX58x00 family EtherCAT slave controllers, and AXM57104 TSN NIC solutions for smart factory and Industrial IoT applications.
AX58400 EtherCAT Slave Controller with Dual-Core MCU is equipped with the highest performing 480 MHz ARM Cortex-M7 core, and 240 MHz ARM Cortex-M4 core. It is suitable for various high-performance EtherCAT slave applications. The AX58400 EtherCAT to IO-Link Gateway solution integrates AX58400 EtherCAT Slave Controller with Dual-Core MCU and ASIX’s own IO-Link Master Protocol Stack. This gateway solution supports up to 16 IO-Link gateways; each gateway can connect up to 8 IO-Link devices.
AX58200 EtherCAT Slave Controller SoC is equipped with ARM Cortex-M4F core, and integrates two EtherCAT Fast Ethernet PHY. It is suitable for various EtherCAT slave applications. The AxRobot EtherCAT 7-Axis Force-Assisted Control Robot solution uses AxRobot servo drive modular design with AX58200 EtherCAT Slave Controller SoC, to effectively reduce the motor drive board PCB space and hardware design cost for each robotic arm joint. AX58200 EtherCAT to Modbus TCP Gateway solution uses two EtherCAT Fast Ethernet ports for EtherCAT network connection; and uses another Fast Ethernet MAC controller with an external RMII Fast Ethernet PHY for Modbus TCP network connection.
AX58100 EtherCAT Slave Controller integrates two EtherCAT Fast Ethernet PHY and supports extra communication interfaces, such as SPI master, PWM, ABZ, Hall Encoder, etc. Designers can easily implement AX58100 on various EtherCAT slave applications without extra microcontroller.
AXM57104 TSN Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express NIC card supports enhanced TSN functions, compliant to IEEE 802.1Qav, 802.1Qbv, and 802.1Qci standards, and supports FPGA hard-core field upgradable via In Application Programming for TSN standards evolution. It can converge the non-real-time IT network and real-time OT networks, and is suitable for various Industrial Internet of Things applications.
