introduction I am Mary l. lee a native of Shreveport , la. Place of great cuisine, jazz, rhythm and blues, gospel zydeco and southern hospitality. I have a grown son and daughter 5 grand's. My interest are fishing, traveling, ministry and life-long learning. I worked 20 years for center point energy, 10 years for International paper, 2 years for Caddo parish school at Woodlawn high, and 2 years at minact Shreveport job corp. I taught physical ed. k- 12 adult literacy and health
introduction President Barack Obama Transformational-charismatic A charismatic leader has an uncanny ability to draw others to his side and move them to accomplish a cause bigger than themselves. A charismatic approach is transformational if it invokes a permanent change in the people who embrace the leader's vision.
introduction Oprah Winfrey is a transformational leader who rules by inspiring others "I am where I am because of the bridges that I crossed. Sojourner Truth was a bridge. Harriet Tubman was a bridge. Ida B. Wells was a bridge. Madame C. J. Walker was a bridge. Fannie Lou Hamer was a bridge."
introduction I hope to become a professor at a college or university as a result of my leadership education master degree or to open and run my own online school . It is an impact to my success to have the tools and information I needed to succeed.
