I went to Grambling State University in Louisiana and Texas College in Tyler and obtain a B.S. Degree in Education, I also received an Accounting Certificate from Vo- Tech in Shreveport, and a Master degree at Ashford for Teaching Technology and presently a pursuing a Master in Leadership Education, and plan to earn a Doctor degree in Ministry . INTRODUCTION Famous people and Leadership Style Participative Leadership Donald Trump who is more of a facilitator and not a dictator. He share information and ideals to arrive at an end goal that makes decisions. This is a 21st century leadership that shape future leaders and is more student centered so that they can be responsible for their own learning. Transformational Leadership and Martin Luther King Jr. He motivate the followers with ideals and morals to accomplish tasks. I emulate those styles to lead by examples so that students will be able to make decisions, think critical and solve problems.
