3. EXAMPATTERN
Since session 2019-20, there is change in exam pattern. Unlike earlier board exam of 100 marks, the new pattern
has question paper set for 80 marks.
The remaining 20 marks are for Assessment of Speaking and Listening (ASL). This considered as Practical Exam
for English Core.
Appearing in Practical Exam (ASL) on the scheduled date, like written (theory) exam, is must to pass the subject.

8. General Instructions-
Presentation makes the difference, therefore, present your
answers in clean, non-messing manner.
Prefer leaving One Line after answering a part of the question;
and Two Lines after the completion of question.
Write the question number as per the question paper.
Avoid jumbled order of answering questions. Pick a section of
your choice, attempt all questions of that section and then move-on
to the.
Strictly follow the word limit. It saves your time and improves
expression.
