garments & apparels in Bangladesh- one of the most competitive sourcing places in the world. We

There are number of own manufacturing units / factories who are associated with Invent Sourcing
Ltd and are fully compliant as well as certified by Accord/Alliances. Majority of the manufacturing
units / factories have BSCI, SEDEX & OEKO-TEX and other compliance certificates with positive
grading after being audited by the respective organizations.
Invent Sourcing Ltd. have the business profile of the units / factories and will provide to the Brand /
Retailer / Customer on request to choose amongst them for confirming any order.
We always ensure producing total ordered volume only using the production spaces of our own
associated/approved manufacturing units / factories.

HISTORY:
Invent Sourcing Ltd. started its journey in early 2015 with a group of professionals who have over 15 years of
experience in the textile business operation. The CEO of the company MASUD FOYEJ is the most
experienced member in the team and are well respected in the apparel industry for his integrity, know how,
commitment and personal influence and control, both locally and internationally. The team is well experienced
in apparel buying & garments manufacturing industry in terms of product knowledge, fashion development,
merchandising, production, supply chain, technical & social compliances & quality. They have direct work
experience - through different sourcing houses & apparel factories - with world reputed brand/buyers like
ZARA, ESPRIT, CELIO, GERRY WEBER, H&M, C&A, NEXT, MARKS & SPENCER, KAPPAHL, LA

and environment in which they operate.
In addition to the social compliance & safety teams, we
also utilize our quality control teams to monitor the
manufacturers on a day to day basis. Any irregularities
are reported back to the Social Compliance Department
for necessary action to be taken.
