L叩zso J坦zsef B鱈r坦 invented the ballpoint pen in 1931. He was born in Budapest, Hungary in October 1899. His family was Jewish and he worked as both a journalist and inventor. While working as a journalist, he noticed how newspaper ink dried quickly and was viscous, which led him to experiment with different tip designs until discovering that a small ball inside the tip allowed the viscous ink to write well. He died in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1985.

His name is L叩zso J坦zsef Biro. He was born in Budapest, Hungary in October 1899. His wife was Elsa Schick and his daughter was Mariana.
His family was jewish. He was a journalist and and inventor.
While working as a journalist in Hungary, he noticed that the ink used in newspaper priting dried quickly, leaving the paper dry. That ink was viscous. He tried and tried and finally he discovered that the best way to write with that ink was putting a small ball inside the point
He died on 24th October, 1985 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Thanks to his invention we can write with pens.
