The 5th annual International Conference on Electronic Commerce Information Security and PKI will be held September 4-6, 2013 in Yoshkar-Ola, Republic of Mari El, Russia. The conference organized by Digital Technologies and the Association of Electronic Trading Platforms will bring together international participants from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Poland and others to discuss developments in electronic commerce, document exchange, and electronic signature legislation. Topics will include the development of electronic Russia in international markets, cross-border document flows, and innovations in electronic signature laws and their practical application. Participation is free of charge and organizers can help arrange accommodations.

4-6 September, 2013 Yoshkar-Ola will hold V International conference on information security in the sphere of electronic com-
merce.
We invite you to participate in autumn event of the information security market in the sphere of electronic commerce and docu-
ment flow. It is the fifth year the company 束Digital technologies損 in cooperation with the Association of Electronic Trading Plat-
forms organizes a dialogue platform for open discussions concerning the most relevant and significant questions of the develop-
ment of electronic commerce and electronic services in the context of legislative conditions of electronic signature use.
This year the conference has international status. The event will be attended by the entities of international market of electronic
commerce from Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Poland, including the representatives of certification authorities and electronic
operators.
The organizers of the conference pay special attention to direct communication between the participants and traditionally the first
day of the program will be in the format of Networking.
The conference will be organized with the support of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy,Innovative Development and
Entrepreneurship of the Russian Federation.
