October 11, 2016 To whom it may concern, It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Issam Hmedian, Project Manager of 150 Main St West. I first met Issam in April of 2016 in the process of moving into 150 Main West and I have gotten to know Issam well over the past 5 months. I was the first to move into the building and when giving me the tour and my keys he emphasized to me that he was always there if I had any issues at all. Since moving into 150 Main West there have been a few issues, which is to be expected when moving into a building still under construction. Issam has handled these issues with such professionalism and care that he makes everyone feel like they are being treated like family. Whether it's remembering every tenant by name or giving out his personal number and email to contact him with any issues we may have, I could always count on Issam to be honest with me and do whatever he could to help resolve any problems. My experience in dealing with Issam has been great. His strong attention to detail and unparalleled work ethic make him extremely good at his job, while his kindness and caring nature make him a pleasure to deal with.
