This document discusses different forms of mobile learning including iPods/MP3 players, microblogs, and iPads/tablets. It notes that these devices allow portable learning through applications and access to information anywhere. Microblogs like Twitter allow sharing of information through hashtags that can be searched and followed. The investigation found microblogs and their use for learning surprising and sees potential for teachers to connect with students through Twitter. The document concludes that visual and sequential learning along with mobile applications and devices will continue to be useful strategies after the ITEC program.

Investigation
Most interesting: iPods and Microblogs
- Go hand-in-hand. Can be accessed anywhere, anytime.
Surprised us: Microblogs
- We did not know microblogs could be used for learning in any
way. We found them to be suprisingly useful and see potential.
We want more: Microblogging/Twitter
- Teachers could create twitter accounts to keep students up to date
on assignments. Students could use hash-tags to discuss assignments
or topics.
