1. A small town in Texas is rocked by a battle of the sexes when the women band together to withhold sex from the men in order to get rid of all the guns in town. 2. After a gun incident at a local school, one stay at home mom organizes the other women to deny sex to their husbands and boyfriends until every gun is removed. 3. As tensions rise between the men and women over the loss of sex and guns, the people of the town must decide what's most important - public safety or satisfying their personal desires.

Small town Texas U.S.A. is rocked by an epic battle of the sexes when the women band together to withhold sex in an attempt to rid the town of guns. If there's one thing that the men of Rockford Texas love as much as their women, it's their guns. But when a gun incident at a neighborhood school spurs one stay at home mom, Jenna (Andrea Anders), to rethink Rockford's obsessive gun culture, life in this idyllic town is turned upside-down. Much to the chagrin of her husband, (Matt Passmore), Jenna ignites a movement by recruiting the women to withhold sex from the men until every gun in Rockford is vanquished. A wild and hilarious showdown ensues between the sexes. As tensions and libidos rise, the men and women of Rockford must decide what's really important: keeping the peace or getting a piece. Synopsis

Writer/Director MattCooperBio A graduate of both the UCLA School of Cinema and the Hofstra School of Law, Matt Cooper combined his passions for business and 鍖lm in 1994 when he founded the Los Angeles based production company The Vault, Inc. The Vault has produced numerous 鍖lms, including: The Last Supper, which has achieved cult status and boasts an all-star cast including Cameron Diaz, Bill Paxton, Ron Perlman, Charles Durning and Mark Harmon; Panic, the critically-acclaimed drama starring William H. Macy, Donald Sutherland, Tracy Ullman and Neve Campbell; Camp鍖re Tales, a horror 鍖lm starring Ron Livingston, James Marsden, Christine Taylor and Amy Smart; and Perfect Opposites, a romantic comedy, which Cooper wrote, directed and co-produced, starring Piper Perabo, Jennifer Tilly, Martin Henderson, Artie Lange and Joe Pantoliano. Most recently, Matt completed the comedic feature 鍖lm, "Is That a Gun in Your Pocket?" which he wrote, directed and co-produced. The 鍖lm stars Andrea Anders, Matt Passmore, Horatio Sanz, John Michael Higgins, John Heard, Lauren Bowles, Cloris Leachman and Katherine McNamara. Matt is also a co-owner of three post-production companies: Lightning Media, Runway Editorial and The Post Group (a production space rental company). His philanthropic pursuits include active involvement in the "I Have a Dream Foundation" and "A Place Called Home," both bene鍖ting inner-city school children.
