J6 BMO The role of the BMO is to ensure that IT facilitates the business of USJFCOM.  Responsibilities of the PMO Include Acting as the local point of information for reporting Controlling time, cost, and performance to adhere to requirements Ensuring that all work required is documented and distributed to all key personnel Ensuring that all work performed is authorized, funded and aligned with USJFCOM Strategies

Responsibilities for Internal Program Management Setting project management methodologies Define project management and project life cycle standards, define methodologies/processes to be used Providing templates Charters, status reports, risk assessments, budgets, issue logs, post-implementation reviews Providing project management tools Templates, software tools, intranet sites Providing repositories Computer directories, project documentation, best practices, project deliverables
