The J6 Business Management Office (BMO) ensures that IT supports USJFCOM's business needs. The BMO acts as the local point of contact for reporting, controls projects' timelines, costs, and performance. It also ensures all work is documented, distributed, authorized, funded, and aligned with USJFCOM's strategies. The BMO reports to J6 and provides project management resources and expertise to J6 divisions for their projects. It is responsible for setting project management standards and methodologies, providing templates and tools, and executing responsibilities like risk management, communication, and project planning, approval, and monitoring.
