WHAT I ACHIEVED AT KEEK
JAMIE KING, CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICE, JUNE 2014 - JUNE 2015
I implemented Scrum and Kanban methodologies,
continuously whiteboarding and visualizing the
funnels for everyone in the company.
I focused on the user and the data, utilizing an
analytics framework heavily influenced by Dave
McClures Pirate Metrics and Eric Ries Lean
Analytics.
INTRODUCED AGILE PROCESS
I hired third party specialists to support the in-house design of
all UI/UX wireframes. Collectively, we blueprinted a complete
evolution of Keeks UI/UX across web and 3 mobile platforms.
We focused on new flows for SSO, User Onboarding,
engagement, native advertising and content discovery.

I worked hard to really understand the product and the
audience. I recorded and uploaded 149 videos to the Keek
platform, sharing my posts across Facebook and Twitter.
I made a bunch of new friends as I commented, shared
and subscribed to other users content. Key wins Im
proud:
 Improved average app store scores to 4.5 out of 5.
 Improved product quality with 90% reduction in iOS
platform crashes and 55% reduction in Android
platform crashes.
 Achieved 74% growth in average video views per
active user (JanApril 2015).
 24% increase in total video views month on month.
 17% average monthly increase in video creation per
active user.
 50% growth in website impressions and clicks, (Jan
April 2015).
