Admission Process
You will get a telephonic confirmation regarding your bed
availability at Jaslok Hospital. Then you may bring the
patient along with the doctors note or bring your letter of
authority from your company. The admission clerk offers the
admission form and requests to fill the relevant data.
An auto generated Inpatient number is generated which is
then given to the patient. Once the admission formalities are
completed, an admission number is generated and a room is
allotted to the patient.
The patients are requested to pay deposit for booking the
operation. The amount will be specified in the schedule of
charges according to the operative category. Reservation
deposit is to be paid within 72 hours on surgeons booking
date or 2 days prior to admission. For cancellation of
reservation, you will have to get a written approval from the
operating surgeon or treating doctor.
