Head of the Solar Array Team (and PR) on the U of MNs Solar Vehicle Project which helped propel the solar car to 6th place in a 2000-mile race across the U.S., and 2nd in the Formula Sun Grand Prix. Designed a new tunnel and walkway system for a 3M webline using Unigraphics, allowing for a safer, cleaner and more efficient operator environment. Designed and implemented compact media testers for four production plants which significantly decreased statistical errors between the sites. Customer Relations and Technical Writing Managed customers and vendors parts, orders and processes which helped increase two sales teams annual sales by 20% and 12%. Continuously worked with customers by setting up meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions which ultimately increased business. Maintained project schedule timelines and provided schedule updates to customers. Created a preventative maintenance and operating manual for a pilot slitting machine which greatly simplified documentation and archival procedures. Created assembly/training guide for the linear packarms which included CAD drawings for all 60 parts and 3D exploded views for clarity.
