Javier Hipólito Marsal Professional concerns - My personal aim is the improvement of my environment so its value increases. Therefore I automate repetitive tasks creating independent executable software. I enjoy creating displays so processes can be followed and decisions taken with minimum cost. My skills at optimization, and design, supports and implement industrial decisions that can be integrated within a control, improvement philosophy. - I consider people as the most important, so I have a never-ending commitment finding the way to improve myself, at any critical field, so society can get a benefit of it. Work experience Procter & Gamble - Jijona (2018 February – Now) - Packaging control systems algorithms based on best use of information so failure rate decreases. Process control. - Management, documentation and final adjustments for IT improvement project. - Software deployment, testing and integration according to user necessities. - Plant elements design according to 5s method. Part time internship while finishing my master’s at full time. Procter & Gamble- Jijona (2017 June – 2017 September) - Reduction of repetitive tasks by automating data obtention processes. Automation leads to improve on productivity for tens of workers. Necessities were adjusted for the users from the beginning of the project. - Cleaning activities programming and organization. - Communication tools. Visual Basic as main tool. 600 hours internship. Research student (2016 September – 2017 June) Developed desalination plants models with several configurations using mathematical programming optimization with better results than using heuristics design.
