- 1. May 22, 2015 To Whom it may concern: RE: Jay Charter My name is Jeff Moczynski, Engineering Manager (16 years) at the Drewco Corporation, Franksville, WI. I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Jay Charter. Jay has been here at Drewco for 6 months, he came recommended to Drewco from a colleague as a contract employee to help us with a large project we took on. He was referred to as a Solidworks Jockey Much to my delight, he was more than that. Once Jay became comfortable with our type of work and our methods, I could hand him some reference information and let him run with it. This particular project was expected to take 6 months of design time, we were able to complete it almost a month early. Much in part due to Jays independence and ability to problem solve on his own. Jay is a pleasure to work with and his sense of humor was much appreciated at times during this busy time at Drewco. He is reliable and always on time to work, even in inclement weather and a long commute to work. If Drewco was in a position to offer Jay a fulltime captive position, we would however that is not in the cards at the moment. I offered to write this LOR in order to help Jay achieve his goal of fulltime employment. If someone is looking for a CAD operator or Solidworks Jockey who can think on his own, Jay would be your man.
