PERSONAL OVERVIEW
I am an Estimator with 4.5 years experience in the construction environment. During this
time I have provided costing support to construction projects which included the building of
mining plants and the entire infrastructure around the plant such as the roads, dams,
housing for site personnel, service villages, water treatment facilities and administration
blocks.
I have always been interested in the Total Cost Management of various projects. I like to
understand and control the costs associated with projects and therefore I chose a career
path of estimating and cost control.
During my tenure in the project environment I did proposal preparation, managing and
forecasting of projects costs, as well as doing resource efficiency analysis (Earned Value
Management). I have a very positive attitude towards life and always inspires to be a quality
