As a Talent Sourcer, I partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to help find top talent for our hard-to-fill positions. I am always looking to network and to find great talent through numerous ways. As the Social Media Specialist for the Brown-Forman Global Talent Acquisition team, I focus on growing our followers and updating our pages with interesting content, in turn spreading the Brown-Forman employer brand! I do this through our career pages in LinkedIN, Twitter (@BrownFormanJobs) and our corporate careers page (www.brown-forman.com/careers). I have been with the company for 15 years, and have previously held several positions including: Compensation Administrator, Payroll Tax & Systems Analyst, International Payroll Analyst, and International HR Specialist. I love working at Brown-Forman because of the culture, and the numerous opportunities I have been given, and continue to receive, to grow not only as an individual, but also as a contributor to my teams and my community!
