The  Informa0on  is  Important  Because  Knowing  the  effec0ve  ways  of  designing  professional  documents  is  important  because  if  you  have  too  much  wri0ng  or  the  wrong  colors  in  a  presenta0on,  your  audience  will  become  bored  and  uninterested  in  the  presenta0on  and  will  not  listen  to  what  you  have  to  say.  Â
