3. Evaluations & Recommendations
Based on the following pictures of my selected my plates for the past
days, I’ve observed some important things. First, in preparing daily foods it is
important to consider your time because this will consume a lot of time although
simple food take a little preparations. Yes, this also involves your time going to
the market and buy some fresh foods rather than just those processed foods like
canned foods and frozen foods. I also observed that you should also have the
skills in basic and some special cooking techniques like baking and other kinds of
cooking like air frying and using multi-cooker. I also still sometimes, I am guilty
of eating meat products like chicken and fish as substitute for my protein.
My recommendations, includes:
1. Prepare foods in simple preparation like salad or fresh to
maintain their nutrients.
2. Spend time in selecting a well-balanced and plant-based food.
3. Use of variety kinds of food like fruits and vegetables and
protein-rich plant based food like other beans and lentils.
