Managed Services Account Manager - Lake Mary The Managed Services Account Manager will develop and refine the company’s strategy and vision for its managed services offering.  He or she will work with the support team, comprised of technical services professionals, engineers, and managers in the implementation and operation of a Managed Services function that will provide outstanding and timely managed services offerings to new and existing clients. Success in this position will be measured by overall customer satisfaction, profitability, and the attainment of revenue and other business goals.  Must have created and implemented a Managed Services/Support offering for technology services provider. Has relevant experience in the provision of information technology services to customers in a range of industry verticals. Manage and grow the hosted automated voice portal platform through development of business and marketing plans to include pricing models, market strategy, and forecasting.  Proven experience of strong and sustainable revenue growth in the past through demonstrated knowledge of financial and product management practices as well as strategic planning.  Maintain business partnerships and relationship management with 3rd party suppliers. Medical Data Analyst - Orlando Individual needed in support of daily data processing and client implementation. Individuals will analyze and evaluate medical claims data to support company’s predictive modeling tool targeted at health plans and will perform production functions as required to process client data with client interaction experience. Responsibilities Analyze, audit, and process data Test, track, and monitor data for quality, integrity, and trend analysis. QA Manager - Orlando The Curriculum Services Quality Assurance (QA) Manager performs duties associated with establishing and implementing CLIENT quality assurance programs.
