- 3.  Clear instruction to all the engineers that they should not deviate the safety rules and regulations /Company policy  Co-ordination with Safety officer at regular intervals  Preparing and Monitoring all Incoming and outgoing letter between consultant/Contractor  Daily basis visiting on site to monitoring the progress  Co-ordination with other contractor(Infrastructure)  Taking Quantities and Procurement of materials.  Attending weekly Progress Meeting and co-ordinating with other services and with the Project Manager.  Monitoring overall work progress and planning the works to meet the time schedule.  Liaising with Client, Consultant, Main Contractor and Local Authorities for approval of drawings and getting Service Connections.  Attending meeting with Client, Consultant and Main contractor in order to resolve technical issues associated with design work.  Co-ordinating to prepare the As Built Drawings.  Preparing the Operations and Maintenance Manuals and all necessary hand over documents to client Kindly i have requested to the management if i am fit for you needs or expectations please give the chance to meet yourself first rather than others.
