Web 3.0 Evolution
My Job search Through evolution the relationship between candidates and companies has changed trastically. Candidates do not search activally for a job, they want to be exposed online and be descovered  by companies in search of talents.
My Job search  Today companies search their new employees through the web. Recruitment agencies post jobs online on jobboarding websites such as Monster, Careerbuilders and Stepstone. Other alternative ways are social networks were passive profiles are exposed.
At Work Most companies sustain they need to low the recruitment costs without less cutting the resourcing search. Tools are email, phone and video conferencing.
Description of concept Creation of an interactive website between you tube and secondlife job a meetingplace between jobseekers and businesses. A Social network with your own personal page were you can download your CV and enter with your own 3D avatar into a virtual world. Jobseekers tags can be seek by businesses       companies can put their own profiles (employer branding) and jobpostings on 3d boards. Companies have the possibility to post promoting videos.  Like in youtube the subscription is free. The companies can even search inside the resume database. CV are exposed  without private info (phone, addresses, age) only an email (similar to Linkedin)  If a company is interested in a profile. The company can contact the profile by email. The candidate chooses to allow the company to see his private info.
www.jobworld.com Like in youtube, companies are allowed to leave comments under the ID card of the profile: Example from youtube:
www.jobworld.com The website will include a platform with space for every company just a like a workshop in a placement fair with recruiting tools for each companies subscribed, forums, candidates and a special platform for videoconference:
www.jobworld.com After a certain notoriety the website will be ask a fee to companies, and a higher fee for selection agencies. The jobseeker will be walking into a 3d urban area in his search for a job. Around him are banners from companies for all kinds of jobs.  Companies will be there to attract candidates with events, jobpostings and presentations.  Online interviews will be possible throughout several tools like online chat, with avatars, phone (through skype)
www.jobworld.com Recruitment entities are linked by an online chatroom connected to their hub in the virtual recruitment world. In this way if their avatar is present in the virtual world the recruiter can choose to be online or offline from their avatar.  Candidates can leave their link to a job placed by a company. Online events can be created and candidates can walk from one social network to another. Online groups and communities can created with discussions and knowledge questions.
