of the company's business development and sales efforts by providing CONUS and OCONUS military market and
service identification, planning, organization and execution to meet the strategic goals of the company.

ï‚· Proposal manager for 3 contract bids; 2 as prime (RS3, SMDC Sim Center),1 as a sub (ITES-3S).
ï‚· Increased pipeline by $2.5B in new market opportunities. Working as capture manager on all
opportunities. Identified 3 near term (next 2 years) and 1 long term (2-5 years) opportunities within
identified customer markets. 2 as prime and 1 as a sub-contractor.
July 2007 – October 2014, Director, General Dynamics – IT - Function as a key customer interface to the Air
Force for Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), Predator Operations Center, overseas Air Force
Commands, and Air Force Intelligence Analysis Agency (AFIAA).
ï‚· Managed costs on Air Force DCGS program to an 8.1% EBIT, over 2% higher than as bid projections.
ï‚· Provided oversight and management of 4 information technology and logistics support programs, with a
total value of $30M per year, supporting separate Air Force customers.
ï‚· Grew the DCGS program from 72 personnel to over 200 from 2007 to 2010.
ï‚· Oversaw fielding of an enterprise implementation of Remedy helpdesk in support of the DCGS program.
ï‚· Supported the stand-up of Project Liberty program and support of operations in Iraq. Worked with the
customer to determine the correct contract vehicle and filled all requirements within 30 days of task order
start. All four sites in Iraq were fully operational, on-time, within 6 months of contract start.
 Exceeded yearly revenue targets from 2007 – 2011 and all EBIT targets from 2007 - 2013.
ï‚· Worked with Cisco to provide the US Air Force a transition path from an ATM to an IP/MPLS based
network for time sensitive intelligence data.
November, 2005– July 2007,Project Manager, General Dynamics – IT - Provide project management support
in the transition from CENTCOM J2 Systems and SOUTHCOM Intelligence Support Division to DIA DS and the
stand-up of the DIA DS Operations Group South (SE RSC).
ï‚· Produced the transition project plan creating the SE RSC and managed the execution of the plan.
ï‚· Managed General Dynamic's expertise in both Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and
Lean Six Sigma and used both frameworks in the creation of SE RSC standard operating procedures.
 As part of the transition communication plan, designed and ran two, 3 day SE RSC User’s Conferences.
August 1999 – November, 2005, Site Supervisor/StaffMember, General Dynamics – IT
ï‚· Project Manager for initial implementation of Army Distributed Common Ground System (Fixed). Led a
team of 6 engineers and worked with multiple OEMs (Sun, Dell, Cisco, and EMC) to develop the
technical solution to fixed site, remote data processing, and intelligence production and dissemination.
