EXPERIENCE:
Interagency Partnership Program Executive Officer, USSOCOM July 2012  Present
Provided seamless coordination between the Theatre Special Operations Commands, the J2 and the
intelligence agencies and government agencies in the Washington D.C. area. Ensured that 42 senior
level Officers in 14 different agencies were properly resourced with 100 percent capability to conduct
coordination for USSOCOM with in the United States Government.
 Provide an interagency collaboration venue in Washington D.C. on behalf of the Theater Special
Operations Commands (TSOCs), USSOCOM and other elements of the Global SOF Enterprise
to facilitate deliberative Special Warfare that lead to planning and coordination on the
employment of SOF world-wide.
 Provided logistical and administrative support and built the processes to support the 60 senior
leaders in the USSOCOM IAPP.
 Maintain visibility, coordinate, de-conflict and synchronize USSOCOM efforts with National
Terrorism Center, SCSP, Washington Office for USSOCOM, Special Operations Legislative
Affairs, and Joint Interagency Task Force) on unconventional warfare activities and lines of effort.
 Cross-level/fuse information streams from 14 government agencies within the IAPP prior to
dissemination to USSOCOM HQ, TSOCs or other mission partners.
 Supported planning and coordination for future operations and special activities for USOSOCM in
the United States Government.

Selected to lead an intelligence section of 25 soldiers responsible for providing intelligence to the
Commander on hard and soft targeting information, Physical Security, Operational Security, Information
Security, Anti-terrorism, Force protection, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, pattern link
analysis for real world and during multiple Joint level exercises in South Korea.
 Responsible for career guidance and advice to junior analyst that lead to the training and
promotion of soldiers and NCOs.
 Responsible for oversight of intelligence collection and tasking for the commander that lead to
zero violations in the unit.
 Responsible for using and training soldiers to work with DSCGS(replaced ASAS), JDOCS,
CIDNE, AFATADS, and the new Global Command and Control System for the Army and creating
the ISR matrix.
 Worked in a Joint environment is the Republic of Korea Army resulting in training of 3 Korean
intelligence analyst.
 Trained an intelligence shop on the Military Decision Making Process, terrain analysis and nodal
analysis.
 In charge of the Counter Terrorism Assessments and exercises for the Brigade which lead to zero
incidents and increased force protection for the Commander.
 Well versed awareness of military capabilities of actors within the Pacific AOR through
development of Open Source Intelligence products. .
 Researched and developed technical papers submitted to Headquarters Department of the Army
that lead to adding a USA Platoon, topography section and additional Officers and NCOs to the
intelligence shop.
 Worked with HUMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT (open source intelligence).
 Lead a joint effort on link analysis with South Korean Defense Security Unit (Counter Intelligence)
which led to increase awareness of actions targeting US Personnel on the Korean Peninsula.
 Developed OSINT products that were briefed to the 2ID Commanding General to provide
situational awareness of the PACOM AOR
Chief, Global Support Branch, Defense Program Support Activity June 2008 to July 2011
Selected to lead a branch of the Defense Program Support Activity that worked with various government
agencies in the Maryland, Washington D.C. area.
 Ran the Global Support Division, an O-5 level job, which has field offices in various locations
worldwide to provide support to individuals and units, which did not have support.
 Worked in a joint, interagency environment in order to support to war fighters around the world.
 Decreased the staffing of all actions through a database, in the unit by 70 percent.
 Responsible for Physical Security, Operational Security and Information Security. Counter
Terrorism Assessments that lead to no security incidents.
 Ran the bi-weekly meeting with multiple government agencies, to ensure all actions were being
properly supported and decreased time for units to get support by 50 percent.
 Conducted assessment of the process used to support customers and improved the speed and
efficiency of the support by 50 percent.
 Wrote SOPs that lead to better outlined support being provided and allowed for smoother
transitions into positions.
 Ran the CTF program to provide support to individuals who were wounded and otherwise had no
support during 12 incidents that lead to no compromise of information.
 Conducted assessment of the CTF program and made changes accordingly, to include
implementing a training program. Built a Joint Reserve Unit and a reserve augmentation program
for DPSA, which provides additional support from all services reserve to fill short term needs in
DPSA that lead to the addition of 14 reservist to the unit.
 Trained the staff on MDMP to better support the resourcing of 3 new detachments.
Senior Intelligence Advisor Baghdad Iraq January 2007 to December 2007
Trained, coached mentored and advise on All Source Intelligence, Physical Security, Operational
Security, Information Security, IPB, Nodal analysis, Counter Insurgency Operations, HUMINT Collection,
proper evidence collection and storage, proper interrogation technique sand proper running of a
detention facility to the intelligence office of the Iraqi national Police Brigade.
 Worked directly with an American Brigade to answer Priority Intelligence Requirements in
Baghdad Iraq. Worked with SIGINT to conduct operations.
 Worked with Analyst Note book to develop target packets.
 Trained the Iraqi National police on counter terrorism analysis.
 Worked with SIGINIT for targeting that resulted in the identification of 5 High value targets.
 Worked with U.S. Special Forces to conduct raids and develop targets.
 Built joint target packets with the Iraqis leading to the detention of over 2000 suspected
insurgents.
 Created a Joint Targeting Meeting where the Iraqi National Police and the Brigade Intelligence
Shop that lead to the creation of over 200 target packets.
 Conducted monthly assessments of the readiness of a National Police Intelligence that lead to
the section of the police brigade to operate independent of U.S. assistance.
