His most recent role was as Director of Production Support Services at Fresenius Medical Care North America where he managed a call center and IT service management operations group. Prior to that he was a Site Delivery Manager at Shire Pharmaceuticals spearheading a transition from Windows XP to Windows 7. He also held senior IT leadership roles at Staples, EMC, and Cadence Design Systems.
