Contract Digital Conversion Strategist and Webmaster with a focus on Data Analytics, working with
numbers, trends, and data to identify valuable KPIs, insights, and strategic opportunities for an industry
leading website with approximately 2 million pageviews per month. Developed quality assurance policies
and procedures for the domestic and international teams based on Agile Methodology. Worked closely with
several departments, including Creative, Marketing, and Operations to meet multiple performance
objectives.
Developed, carried out, and completed multiple complex digital web projects including simultaneous A/B
split tests, multivariant testing (MVTs), and staging multichannel marketing tactics using predictive
analytics and advanced data science methods. Conducted website analysis and optimization, including
redesign of specific key pages, to address website speed and mobile responsiveness. Helped design,
implement, quality control, and test multiple concurrent email marketing campaigns for customer retention.
Performed custom code development and project management with several application vendors to meet the
unique business requirements of Scentsible's Shopify eCommerce environment. Served as technical lead on

page and site design concepts.
Webmaster and creative lead in research, vision, and design for implementation. Branding and identity
design, web design and user experience, digital illustration, and print design for the PTF brand. Worked
with the creative team in development of promotional materials, email campaigns, direct marketing
campaigns, commercials, and the Personal Trainer Food corporate style guide. The above efforts resulted
in significant increases in web traffic and sales conversions as well as record sales days that were directly
