The Supreme Court of India dismissed a writ petition filed by Om Prakash against Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd and others. After hearing from the petitioner, the court found no valid grounds to entertain the petition under Article 32 of the Indian Constitution. As a result of dismissing the writ petition, all pending interlocutory applications in the case were also disposed of.
