This report provides visibility into a seller's JUMIA Express inventory over the last 6 months through two dimensions: purchase orders (POs) and stock keeping units (SKUs). For each PO and SKU, the report shows the initial and current quantities and statuses, such as items delivered, sellable stock, damaged goods, and items being delivered. The report is sent weekly on Mondays to help sellers reconcile their systems and monitor stock levels and sales on JUMIA. It contains tabs for POs and SKUs that break down inventory statuses for easier reference.

2 Report What does it show? This report gives you visibility on all your JUMIA Express inventory through 2 dimension: - Your POs: for any given PO you sent JUMIA in the last 6 months, you will have a full visibility of all the items you gave - Your SKUs: For any given SKU belonging to a PO you sent in last 6 months, you will have full visibility on the status of the items you gave JUMIA Whats in it for me? You receive this report because you have sent a PO to JUMIA in the 6 months This report allows you to have a full visibility on your items sent to JUMIA, to reconcile with your own system when need be. It also allows you to monitor your current stock as well as the number of items being sent to customers or returned to JUMIA warehouse What is this report? When do I receive this? How do I find it? Details This report will be sent to you every Monday morning, before 11 am to the address specified in SC Look for the subject: Visibility on your JUMIA Express SKU & inventory and voil!

5 In the PO, 3248 were to be receive by JUMIA: 27 + 358 + 2806 + 57 = 328 This table shows the status of each of the items you sent to JUMIA under the PO M1816XGBB6C6 How to read the tab Your POs This is the PO Number given by JUMIA for your shipment In the initial PO, 3248 items were to be received by JUMIA 27 items were not received by JUMIA, because they did not match the requirement From the quantity received, 358 items have been delivered to customers already 2806 items are in a position to be sold to customers (i.e sellable stock) At the moment, 57 items are on their way to customers and will be marked delivered soon

7 How to read the tab Your SKUs This is the PO Number given by JUMIA for your shipment In the initial PO, 100 items were to be received by JUMIA At the moment, 5 items are on their way to customers and will be marked delivered soon From the quantity received, 70 items have been delivered to customers already 1 item has been damaged or lost, and will be paid to you for this SKU At the moment, 23 items are in a position to be sold to customers (i.e sellable stock) This is the JUMIA SKU, available in Seller Center and in the product page This date is the date of reception of the first item from this PO for this sku 1 item is defective, and will be returned back to you for this SKU
