A focus for the session You can never solve a problem on the level on which it was created. Albert Einstein Think of a challenge you are facing in your workplace. Jot down a few ideas about it. You will be using this challenge as a focus for the activities in the workshop. Workshop slides will be posted to Calliopes website within the next week.

R - be open to RISK Discuss with the person next to you: What are the risks in your challenge? Are these risks real or worst case scenario imagined? What is the risk of you not doing anything about your challenge? What are you over or under estimating related to your challenge? What could you do to address the risks in your challenge and start to move towards a solution?
