Sounds fishy

It seems that there was something fishy going on with the voting in Oprah¡¯s
Next TV Star competition. The second place woman, Dr.Phyllis, received
300,000 votes in a span of 20 minutes, moving her into 1st place, and calling
into question a conspiracy against Zach Anner. Geek-o-system seemed to
have found a change in the woman¡¯s voting code that differed from the
other contestants. As was tested, the woman would receive 2 votes for every
1 vote that Zach got. The code was changed back shortly after.

Facebook

It has been reported that Facebook¡¯s revenue in 2009
reached $800 million, along with a net profit in the tens of
 millions.

Dieting Innovation

Ji Lee, a creative director at Google Creative Lab, managed
to design a weight scale called The Diet Scale. Not only does
this machine tell you how much you weight, but it also
suggests a specific diet to follow.

So that¡¯s why he is so pale

In a discovery by ancestry.com, it has been found that Robert
Pattinson is actually related to Vlad the Impaler. Vlad was the
Transylvanian leader who was the inspiration for Bram
   Stokers Dracula.

Cracking down

The vice-president has announced that the government is
going to devise a strategic plan to stop piracy of music, TV
shows, movies and other products. Piracy reportedly costs
the US economy $20.5 billion dollars a year. Attorney General
Eric Holder will be putting together a task force as well as
hiring 15 new assistant US attorneys and 20 FBI agents
   dedicated to the effort.

land for a community garden that will supply its local store.
This is the grocer¡¯s first on-site field-to-store garden. This is
in an effort by retailers to bring locally grown products to
 grocery stores and restaurants.
