T'Quila Ltd is K2 Solutions Cloud CRM Practice, specialised consultancy delivering Social, Mobile and
Web enterprise solutions based on the Salesforce.com family of products Salesforce.com / Force.com /
Database.com and Heroku. TQuila Ltd is a Salesforce Partner.

PAD Methodology
Objective: Evaluates the consultant's experience in 3 key domains.

(P)     Process: Business analysis, solutions specification
(A)     Application: Configuration, workflow implementation, screen layout, approval process,
        basic automation.
(D)     Development: ability to interpret solution specification to technical requirements, and to
        develop Visualforce pages, Apex, Triggers, Applications, Platform

Our consultants are given an experience rating from 1 to 5 (where 5 is highest) for each of those
criteria.
          1 - Exposure only
          2 - Training, 6 months experience, certification, Junior consultant.
          3 - Confirmed, autonomous, at least 2 project lifecycles.
          4 - Senior BA, Senior Developer, significant experience across multiple projects
          5 - Principal, Enterprise architect, Technical architecture: SME.
