Some aspects of Mr. Schunnicke's leadership style that the author shares are motivating their team by setting ambitious but realistic goals and encouraging team building. Differences include that the author does not yet have the experience to command respect like Mr. Schunnicke. Mr. Schunnicke was also exceptional at creating devotion amongst choir members and maintaining fairness through transparent rules. He achieved great success with the choir through inspiration, team spirit and fair rules. The author aims to adopt many aspects of his leadership approach.
