Work Skills Coordinate all the operations related to drilling fluids on rig with service hands and client Representative, Discuss all issues related to drilling fluids with client management, Prepare all recipes for mixing drilling fluids on site and supervise mixing operations, Implement and promote the company health, safety and environmental policy, procedures, regulations and objectives; and ensures, by appropriate monitoring and review, that work is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Ensure that the operations are run efficiently in accordance with contractual obligations. Ensure all Rules and Regulations and established procedures both within HSE are followed strictly. Mix and maintain a specified fluid for all relevant operations and make sure that adequate stock of all chemicals are available at the rig site at all time Prepare and present all reports on a timely and accurate basis according to the set reporting system. Must take initiative at all time to ensure that the relevant Scope of Work of the appropriate Contract Is available and the implementation understood. Provide onsite technical support to the client and recommend any modifications needed to improve efficiency in the operations. Maintain a fully operational fluids laboratory to monitor and test the fluids at least according to Contract requirements and reporting test results needed. Calibration of all equipment must be Performed as per Calibration Procedures and Records are to be filed and available for inspection at all times. Ensure quality service as per company procedures Communicate daily regarding ongoing operations and projected activity with the Operations Coordinator and client. Discuss all troubles related to drilling fluids with client management, Monitor the field applications and provide troubleshooting to field problems, Provide technical support to drilling and work over in the area of drilling and completion fluids design and formulate, drilling mud additives and chemicals, Troubleshooting of drilling rig problems related to drilling fluids, Elaboration of drilling fluids programs for development, work over and exploration oil & gas fields, Optimization of solid control equipments operating parameters and its efficiency enhancement. Assist research and technology projects to introduce new technologies in drilling fluid designs, using new chemicals and additives, Ensure laboratory testing and evaluation; develop product specifications and laboratory test procedures for drilling fluid chemicals and additives, Prepare all reports: daily report, phases with well recapitulation reports,
