1. That was a project presentation on BUSN119. I participated in a project on creating Bridgeway, a newly-open
consulting Company invested and managed by our four partners. That was a team project required fundamentals of
business and operation management knowledge and skills. We were in charge of the four basic functions of a venture
respectively and were required to run it for the first year and finally present the whole running conditions in class. I was the
CFO of this new firm, responsible for preparation of financial statements, evaluation on revenue and disbursement
conditions. I made critical analysis on values on cash flow, income statement and balance sheet and assessed the financial
health of the company. We eventually got the highest grade of the section on this project. From then on, I have built a solid
foundation on fundamentals of business and mastered how to start up a venture and how to sustain it successfully.
2. This was my GPA of last semester on International Business programme. I might be the top 5 in School of
Business for my great GPA 4.416/4.5. Even though I had graduated from University of Greenwich, London with Masters
degree, I was still the hard-working student on this new program in my section. I tried my best to do all the assignments,
quiz, tests and projects. I always came to ask my instructors when I had any question and something not clear. This made
me easily absorb what I had learned. Moreover, I actively integrated all my knowledge, skills into my understanding of
the contents. Therefore, I got a good mark in the final record. The same goes for this semester.
3. This was a happy travel time to USA with my family in October last year. We have been to four significant cities
of USA: Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles, which respectively represent the recreation, finance,
tourism, and economic development of America. We had been to University of Stanford, Apple headquarter, Long
Beach, Midland Carrier, Disneyland, Universal Studio, and all other scenic spots we had desired. We rent a car,
booked hotels on internet, utilized maps and GPS, and arranged our routine flexibly. The entire tour was a happy,
practical and adventurous experience in my life. Limited budget, all do it by ourselves arrangement, no consultant, no
tourist guide, everything was the first time for each of us. But just because of these activities, we retained a lot of fun,
knowledge of tourism, communication skills in exotic places, happy memories and an enjoyable tour.

5. That is the Company College I established in 2009.I had been working as a HR manager for over 10 years
there. When I was the head of the HR department, I led my team to establish a company college, composed by 20
sections in 5 industries vertically and 3200 audiences horizontally. I was the dean of the college in charge of 5 contract
instructors and 20 freelance lecturers. To make it perform smoothly, I periodically held meetings and discussed with
instructors to ensure the in-depth and width of the lectures. I asked the instructors provide as much as examples they
can give to integrate theoretical knowledge into the reality workplace, and actively interacted with the audience when
they were presenting orientation, training and coaching in class. The college has been widely renowned in Guangdong
and its lectures are practical, interesting, and widely welcomed by employees. I won Creative Capability Award of the
company for contributions in that year.
