Kayu Resort has several policies that all guests must follow during their stay. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, and a cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in rooms. The use of drugs and bringing outside food and drinks into resort facilities is strictly prohibited. Guests must pay a fee if room keys are lost and not returned at check-out. Advance deposits are required for reservations and are only refunded for cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date.

KAYU RESORT POLICIES. All guests during their stay at KAYU RESORT are subject to the Policies and Rules AND have to enforce them. Kayu Resort reserves the right to refuse admission The Hotel facilities are exclusive to guests. Visitors are not allowed to use the facilities without the prior authorization of the hotel management. Our rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted outside the rooms and open areas. A $100.00 Cleaning Fee will be charged if we find signs of smoking in the room. Is strictly forbidden use DRUGS in the Hotel facilities The keys must be returned at Check-Out. In case of loss of the key, the guest will pay a fine of $25.00. Is not allowed the entry of food and drinks to the Resort facilities by the guests. The Resort has a Bar and Restaurant that will provide all the needs. RESERVATION 50% deposit in advance is required for reserving a room. 100% of the deposit is refunded if cancellation is made 4 weeks before the reservation date. No Reimbursement for cancellations received 2 weeks before the arrival
