Kellogg's is a global food company that sells nearly $13 billion worth of cereal and snack products each year in 180 countries. It has 31,000 employees and manufactures products in 18 countries, including two major sites in the UK that employ 1,700 workers. Kellogg's has provided over £200,000 each year for six years to increase grassroots participation in aquatic exercise through its Swim Active program, funding 60 projects across 45 local authorities that have engaged over 60,000 participants.
