1. Children in Jakarta are driving public buses due to poverty, despite it being illegal and dangerous since they are underage. This is preventing them from continuing their education. 2. As a consultant, the problem is analyzed using techniques to identify the root causes. It is determined that the children work as drivers due to low family income levels and lack of awareness of government scholarship programs that could enable them to remain in school. 3. Recommendations are made to the governor, including providing more accessible education subsidies targeted at poor families, clearer regulations around bus driving licenses, and improved publicity of available programs to help children pursue education rather than employment.

The Kids The Government - They dont care about the legal rules in driving. - They want to be able to earn money by themselves because, they dont have enough money to pay the tuition. - They just wanted to return to the school. - They wanted to make extra money for their parents because their parents dont have enough money to survive in their life. - The kids dont know how to apply the government free education program. - The government doesnt want any underage children driving without driver license. - The government does not want the children to earn money by themselves because it is the responsibilities of their parents. - The government missed in watch that There still many underage driver to driving the buses. - The government lost publication their education free program. Solve Solve They should not drive without any driving license because it is very dangerous for children to drive. Let their parents to work and they have no rights to work in underage, even though their parents get low income. Theyre must be attractive to search the government scholarship. The government should provide a decent education that equalization for children to fulfill their right and to prevent exploiters of children to working in underage. So, all children can pursue a better future. The government should be socialization their program so everyone can be know and understanding
2.CONCLUSION So the government should give proper education to the poverty children, create more free education institutions for the children that has a poverty background in their family. In the other hand the children must have a high desire to study and must stop working as a bus driver because it is very dangerous they also not allowed to drive because they not old enough for it.

Government Kinds The regulation to have license drive must be clear. The police must be attractive to select the social driver buses, if they dont fulfill the standard license, they must be punish. Give them scholarship for the poverty children whoever want to continue the education. The government has to subsidize education for poor kids. Because of the funds that have been given to the government were diverted by corrupt official, so that the subsidy is not well targeted and uneven. So, we suggest the government to watch where the subsidy goes, and wisely to solve this cases. In this condition, we assume that there is like lack of morals. For the child protection committee would have to protect the rights of children and protect them from exploitation to work in underage. So, the child will feel comfortable and enjoy the life of their time as a child.
