With more than 20 years of organizational development experience, she has partnered with non-‐profits, government and Fortune 500 organizations to make engaging workplaces by developing talent and culture. She specializes in multigenerational workforces and understanding the unique perspectives of each generation and culture. She offers consultation services, training workshops and public speaking. She specializes in multigenerational workforces and employee empowerment and wellbeing She is interested in assisting individuals and organizations reach their fullest potential. As a scholar-‐practioner, her knowledge and research allows her to bring the latest ideas and techniques to those with whom she works. In addition to owning her own business, Kerry is Lead Faculty, Communications at Regis University. She teaches courses in communication and leadership. She has volunteered her time with many nonprofits, especially focusing on literacy. She has tutored and read to children in order to improve reading skills. She has co-‐authored two journal articles and presented at many conferences. Her book about engaging and empowering a multigenerational workforce will be released later this year. Philosophy The philosophy behind Kerry’s engagement is authenticity and empowerment. Whether in a classroom, an organization or with individuals, she is passionate about helping others to reach a deeper understanding of themselves and others in order to form deeper connections and to build lasting relationships. Education Kerry has graduate degrees from University of Denver and Fielding Graduate University. Her doctorate is in Human and Organizational Systems. Her dissertation explored workplace empowerment and what it means to different generations. She is certified in mediation and Myers-‐Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
