Kevin Brennan went above and beyond to help Sandy Tyson with issues accessing a conference system on dual-persona computers, working with the help desk to resolve the problem by altering Sandy's profile on each conference room computer. When Sandy unexpectedly encountered the problem, Kevin found a way to sign them into the system. He also proactively emailed Sandy earlier in the week to suggest adding him as an administrator to their conference, just in case of further issues.
