1) Visitor numbers at Khurais Plaza mall in December 2006 were very good, averaging 27,000 visitors per day, due to Eid holiday promotions and events.
2) Three new tenants joined the mall and various promotional presentations occurred. Cleaning and maintenance addressed some minor issues like leaks and dirty walls.
3) Security had no major incidents but faced overcrowding issues. The report provides several recommendations like adding radios and ATMs.

2. 悋惆悸Submitted :-
There are several things happened in the Mall during the month of
December 2006 due to the Dhull Hajj Eid Holiday season promotional
discounts, advertising, flow of visitors has increase in numbers and makes a
great impact to the Mall and minor tenant problems that were resolved
immediately. The security personnel never encounter any disputes, theft
within the Mall perimeter. Rainfall create a minor leaks at some areas and
has been repaired by the maintenance department. Finally, increase of
Tenant and Kiosks at Khurais Plaza ground floor.
The work done during the month .
3. 悋惠惘悸 悽悋 悋慍悋惘 惺惆惆 惺悋悴Customer Services during work at these month :
Check daily and monitor the opening and closing of Tenants
Daily checking of customer service the activities inside the Mall and Geant
Hypermarkets
Collection of missing item inside the Mall, use of the new form of customer
service, total number of missing item this month 25 (Twenty-five missing)
and 14 ( fourteen ) are returned to the owner.
On the end of this month all losses were on the missing data in details, and
signed by the Mall Manager and then handed over to the warehouseman
4 times the news channel visited escorted by one of customer service, in
order to avoid any problems or difficulties . .
Magazine for Arab women, I would like to inform you that the completion of
the issuance of the new edition is being prepared for distribution of Counter
customer service
4. The work done on the management of the Mall during
the month
Monitor and prepared all the electricity bills for the Mall (joint bills, invoices bill
for al Hokair shop, services billing).
Distributed all invoices shared electricity jointly by the staff of customer service
Issuance of circular time schedule of Eid al-haj celebrations were distributed by
Dhakhel AL Harbi with Riyadh AL Shammari.
Meter readings of water and gas were asked from Maintenance staff, prepared
internal memos for the water and gas consumption of the restaurants and the
collection of payments. (Unfinished)
Customer service updated all tenants for any changes and activities in the mall
Arrangement of all tenants files and opening of new file for the upcoming tenants
.
5. Visitors:-
The ratio of the number of visitors
to the Mall during the month of
December 06 was very good and
above expected.
The first day of Eid holiday after
the evening prayer good number
of visitors at food court areas and
Entertainment Land.
The second and third day of Eid is
a good rate of visitors since the
beginning of the opening
exhibitions.

10. Cleaning :-
Public hygiene was a good
inside and outside the Mall .
There are some observations, such as small ( restaurants behind the shipment of
some waste).
Photographs show the extent cleaners in terms of hygiene.
Rain during the month was a lot, which led to an increase in the intensity of
sanitation workers were outside the Mall to control .
Family section in the food
court area need to increase
the number of partition.
11. Maintenance :-
The following figure shows there are some dirt
on the walls of the corridors inside the Mall
needed to be painting again.
Maintenance has been more responsive and
repainting the whole gypsum walls as per
specification
Installation of rubberized humps in Geant
parking area was completed by Maintenance staff.
Maintenance staff repaired the detached gypsum
ceiling under the bridge
Maintenance electrician replaced the defective
ceiling lights under the bridge
Comprehensive maintenance work of all gates of
the mall outside parking areas
12. Security
The number of incidents during the
month Mirroring there are no
injuries.

of the compound, which nearly 30

13. Security :-
The large shortage in the number of security men

have been no problems.

There are two cases of theft during the second day of Eid pilgrimage has been

installation of new print out by the customer service department

17. General comments and suggestions
Two way radios availability is a must for easy communication of the security ,
customer service, cleaning, maintenance and Mall management.
Replacement of customer service counter and the development of new
Banners and increase the number of customer service staff.
Installation of humps at the gate of No. 1 and 3 unloading roadway
Replace men and women carpet at khurais plaza at Geant mezzaine mosque
Replace the artificial date tress at khurais plaza walkways
Convert old Anosh store area at food court area as dinning for families
