We introduce to you Kingsworth Property Investment Ltd, an estate developing
company with the vision to provide affordable and conducive accommodation to
middle-class of Nigeria society especially residents of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja
and its environ.
In achieving our objectives Kingsworth Property Investment Ltd developed a Social
Housing Scheme with Fractional Ownership Housing Estates and Apartments
Model and secure support of Some Chinese firms to provide credit facilities
through supply of materials for construction in a relatively new and developing
environment to enhance affordability and high return-on-investment for our
investors.
The Need
Based on growing population of Nigeria and the pressure on existing housing units in
Abuja and its environs, coupled with rising cost of rent in FCT, there is need for
pragmatic approach to providing affordable accommodations.
We filled this need-gap by providing innovative housing model. This model blends
Social Housing Scheme as seen in developing world and Fractional Ownership as
