Kufteh<br />Ingredients<br />2 teaspoons cumin<br />I kg mince<br />I grated onion<br />Egg<br />1 cup Breadcrumbs<br />Bunch of finely chopped parsley<br /> Salt to taste<br />Mix all ingredients and then knead together by hand until the mixture is very well mixed and the beef seems more finely minced. Shape into small patties. Barbecue.
