1. Can you throw anyone Out?
Employee rights according to
labor law.
section 13-18
2. closure of an establishment:
If the organization is closed due to any strike of workers, the
workers associated with the strike wont get any salary.
Section 13
3. Fault on others
If any department is closed because of
? other department’s fault
? & the employee is not involved
the employee of that department will
get 3 days lay off salary.
Section 13 continues
4. Salary during Lay off
? If any employee works
for 240 days in last 12
months
? 120 days in last 6
months,
Will be considered doing job
for continuous 1 year of 6
months.

6. Calculation of Salary
During calculation of working days have to
consider:
? Days of pay off.
? Absence due to sickness or accident.
? Absence due to legal strike.
? For women not more than 16 week due
to pregnancy leave.

7. Salary of Employee being Laid off
If he is doing the job for one year and already his name
in the permanent register book the employee
He must be paid with:
? (His total salary + festival bonus+ PL salary) /2 + full
of his house rent before laying him off.
? Weekly holidays will be out of calculations.

8. Master roll for laid off employee
For the Lay off employees:
?Must be a master roll.
?Employee will show in office hour during
his lay off period.
?His name must be in the attendance list

9. Compensation won’t work
Wont get the compensation if:
?Works in another organization owned by
same owner.
?Don’t present himself in scheduled working
days by the owner.

employee
