Tony Lockhart submitted a proposal for a new patient identification system called Easy ID System to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and patient safety. The system would provide barcoding for patient armbands and medical records labels, allowing for easy and safe dual patient identification. Tony provided administration with information and feedback on his experience with the product, demonstrating initiative in coming up with ideas to meet the organization's goals of improved operations and safety.
