Grant Miller has successfully managed studio flats and offices at Lancaster Gate HQ since 1987, maintaining a 95% occupancy level. Many second-generation families are now living in flats at HQ, as their parents did decades ago. The national leader was appointed pastor of the HQ Church in 2009 to establish a spiritual community. Plans for 2010 include moving the general office to the back, turning the space into a welcoming lounge area. Accommodation will also be made for the national leader's family in the basement, and the building facade will be repaired and renovated and function rooms redecorated with audiovisual equipment.

Lancaster Gate Hq Report 2009
1. Report on Lancaster Gate HQ 2009
Studio flats business
We have been successfully running a business in letting out studio flats and
offices in our HQ since 1987. We started with 15 flats and over the years this
number has grown to 27 flats at present plus one office in the basement. Due
to good management by Mr. Grant Miller we are able to keep our occupancy
level to about 95% and make a substantial contribution to the running of the
movement in the UK.
Developments last year
Many more of our blessed second generation families are moving into flats in
HQ, just as 30 - 40 years ago many of their parents were living there and where
some of them grew up.
Our national leader was appointed as pastor of the HQ Church in November
2009 and is working to establish a vibrant spiritual foundation there with some
of these families and our church community.
New plans for 2010
In order that the HQ turns more from an office environment to a vibrant
spiritual centre, we will move the General Office, which has been right next to
the front door for the last 13 years, to the back of the building and turn this
space into a very welcoming and attractive multi-function lounge/lecture area.
Also we will be creating accommodation for our national leader s family in the
basement.
We sincerely hope to redecorate the front fa巽ade of the building, which is long
overdue for repair and a facelift.
The main function rooms will be redecorated and equipped with good video
projection and audio equipment, in preparation to better fulfil their purpose as
our spiritual HQ and education centre.
