8. Credentials Letting Laszlo Kanyo leave Price Waterhouse qualifies for a major damage for us, as his performance was outstanding. We must admit at he same time that you are challenging him with a unique opportunity to join your Company. Therefore, our loss will become your benefit. Letter by Les Bonnay, Partner at PW to OTP Bank Mr Kanyo performed his duties to general satisfaction. He had a good brain and a pleasant and courteous manner. His style was quieter than that of some of his colleagues, but no less effective than theirs. My impression was that he was fully trustworthy. An extract from the letter of reference by Peter Unwin, former British Ambassador to Budapest He was an enthusiastic, reliable, determined and well organized character and his contribution to the well-being of our Bank was above average. During his time the cost structure of the Bank improved significantly. His contribution to restructuring the HR structure and operation of the Bank was also crucial. Geun Kim, CEO, Hanwha Bank Hungary Laszlo did an outstanding job helping the team at Metem Europe Kft develop a performance management system that reenforces key values and aligns workers and management to achieve common goals.
