This document discusses how the author applied lessons learned from an education session on "Living with the Laws" to improve their life and academic performance. They used positive thinking to mend their relationship with their father and learned to love the subject of trigonometry, which helped them score full marks on an important test. Law of thinking tanmay
1. " I THINK I CAN...."
Last year my parents attended the session of "LIVING WITH THE LAWS". I observe some changes
in them for example my father was addicted to Cigarette and after he attended the session, he promise to
himself and took a decision that he will quit smoking and this was the only reason that this year I am in
this session to make myself better. Due to some problems I missed first session, but I have attended the
second one in which I learnt that "We thought, what we did not, because of our observations through our
environment". In this session we learnt that we should think positive, think actually what we want because
if we think positively, consistently, then it started going in sub-conscious mind and we learnt that
whatever the sub-conscious mind receives would happen actually in our life, because it is the supreme
power of the universe.
I practice this education in two ways -
- First I used it with my father. Like everyday, on 22nd of May, 2012, we started quarrelling and like
always he with his anger mood goes to the office. Then I suddenly realised that I am not using my
education, what I have learned in the session of "Living with the Laws", I called my father over phone and
accepted my mistake and ask him to forgive me. On that day in the evening when he returned home, we sit
together and discussed our problems and now he is my best friend because every morning we use to play
badminton and these days whenever he gets time we go for outing.
- Second, I used my education in my studies. In the last session, our teacher Shri Chandra Bhanu Sinha
ji told me that whatever carrier I am going to choose for my future and in that I should focus on it and be a
good student of mathematics and science, because without mathematics and science it was not possible.
And he also told me that if you are getting afraid of any subject then start loving it. I use to get afraid of
mathematics because of trigonometry. In the first test of trigonometry I get 4½ marks out of 20 marks.
Then I recall what my teacher told me and make a new register and start practicing each and every sum
with the target of more than 15 marks out of 20, but I get only 14½ out of 20 marks, but luckily my tuition
teacher declared that this was the fake test and the original test will be held after 4 days. On that evening I
realised that my practice is useless because my teacher, Shri Bhanuji told me one more thing that start
loving the subject on which you want to score highest. So on remaining 3 days I started thinking that
trigonometry is easiest and it is the only chapter in which people scored more marks than any chapter of
mathematics. I filled two 500 pages register of trigonometry with enjoyment. And on the real test day, our
tuition teacher told that there are five questions of 4 marks each and the time was ½ an hour. And I have
done all the five questions in just 7 minutes with bad handwriting but with 20 out of 20 marks. I was the
only student who scored 20 out of 20 marks. On that day when I came back to home my tuition sir called
my father and told him that I am the best student of his batch, my father and mother both were very happy
and took for Gala Dinner.
Thank you Bhanu Sirji, thank you Nitesh Sirji for giving me such an opportunity in my life. I shall be
grateful to them in my whole life.
