KB LC is a Rotary club located in Kobe City, Japan that was established in 1960 and has 35 members. The club achieved 35 outgoing exchanges in the last year and is looking for cooperation on future outgoing exchanges. Kobe City is the 5th largest city in Japan near Kyoto and Osaka with a population of 1.5 million people and is known for its mountains, sea, port, and night views.
